Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and ship within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment. If you need help locating your order, email us at support@tuliascrubs.com.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. We’re exploring international shipping and will update our customers when it becomes available.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders quickly, so please act fast. Cancellations can be requested within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing support@tuliascrubs.com with your order number. Order modifications (size, color, address) are not possible once placed — if you need a different item, please cancel within the 1-hour window and place a new order. After 1 hour, we’re unable to make changes, but you’re welcome to return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. To start a return, email support@tuliascrubs.com with your order number and we’ll send you a return authorization.
How do exchanges work?
We handle exchanges as a new order + return. Simply place a new order for the item you’d like, then return the original item for a full refund. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item. In those cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
Are there items that can't be returned?
For hygiene reasons, underscrubs, compression socks, face coverings, and sports bras are final sale and cannot be returned. Gift cards, clearance items, and customized products are also non-returnable.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of our confirmation, please reach out to support@tuliascrubs.com.
Sizing & Fit
What sizes do you carry?
We offer sizes XS through 2XL across most styles. Select products are available up to 3XL and 4XL. We’re actively expanding our size range.
Do your scrubs run true to size?
Our scrubs are designed with a modern, tailored fit and generally run true to size. If you prefer a looser fit or are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Each product page includes specific fit notes to help you choose.
Do you offer petite or tall lengths?
We currently offer our scrubs in a standard length that fits most body types. Petite and tall options are on our roadmap — sign up for our email list to be notified when they launch.
Do you have a size guide?
A detailed size guide with measurements is coming soon. In the meantime, our scrubs fit similarly to popular brands like FIGS — if you know your size in other premium scrubs, that’s a good starting point. For help, email support@tuliascrubs.com with your height, weight, and typical size.
Product & Fabric Care
What are your scrubs made of?
Our scrubs are made from a premium blend of breathable, moisture-wicking fabrics with four-way stretch for all-day comfort. Specific fabric compositions vary by style — check the Fabric & Care tab on each product page for details.
How should I wash my scrubs?
Machine wash cold with like colors, tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to preserve the fabric’s performance properties. Our scrubs are designed to maintain their fit, color, and softness wash after wash.
Do your leggings have compression?
Yes. Our leggings — The Sera and The Zuri — feature sculpting compression with a high-waisted design for comfortable, all-day support during long shifts. Our compression socks also provide graduated compression for improved circulation.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
