Shipping Policy

We do our best to ship all orders within 2–3 business days of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped with tracking information.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During high-volume periods or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. Custom or personalized items may take additional time—details will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Methods

We ship from the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates and options are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Delivery Estimates

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location and shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Tulia Scrubs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered, Tulia Scrubs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll do our best to assist, but final claims must be filed with the carrier.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship only within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future.
