Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Tulia Scrubs. If not, we’re here to help.

Return Window

  • 30 days from delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email support@tuliascrubs.com with your order number and item(s).

If your return is approved, we’ll send a return authorization and prepaid shipping label, along with the correct return address.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • After inspection, approved refunds go to your original payment method (excluding original shipping) within 10 business days.

  • Bank/Card posting times vary. If it’s been 15 business days since approval, contact us.

Exchanges

For fastest service, place a new order for the size/color you want and return the original for a refund once approved.

Fees & Return Shipping

  • Defective/incorrect items: we cover return shipping.

  • All other returns: customer pays return shipping (deducted from refund) unless otherwise stated in your approval.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Underscrubs, socks, face coverings, and other intimate/hygiene items (for health/safety).

  • Customized/personalized items.

  • Final sale / clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

    If you’re unsure about an item, email us before purchasing.

Damages / Issues

Inspect your order on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email support@tuliascrubs.com within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll make it right.

EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off

If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel/return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging. You’ll need proof of purchase. Standard return shipping rules apply unless the item is defective.

Important Notes

  • We’re not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit; use the provided label or a trackable method.

  • Worn, washed, stained, scented (e.g., perfume, deodorant), altered, or tag-removed items will be denied and returned to you.
